How is this legal, the receiver and court prove a company belongs to me and they give it back. The receiver makes a deal once he sees his $40,000 judgment is getting voided to sell the judgement for double the price to the guy who had originally stolen the company and omit the court findings. Is this legal? Since he had filed bk on the company after the judge said he did not have any ownership.
